What have you done to your MS3 today?

I decided to do a Semi-Wire tuck in the engine bay....I tucked the Spark Plugs wires & also the Fuel Injector wires and also re-ran the cable throttle wire too...

Now I will try to tuck more wires if possible.

Also cleaned the front seats w/ Tuff Stuff cleaner & Vacuumed the ride(band2)
 
fixed starter problem.
Sandpapered the connection at the starter Grey wire . all better. i love a cheap troubleshooting event

That sir is a significant number of wheel horses balanced nicely with torque. well tuned .
Werent you going to by and Alfa ?
You must have to roll out in 2nd gear and quick shift to 3rd just to temper the boost hit : )
Hows the trans and super LSD holding up ?
 
Your ring lands hate you. I don't have the balls to tune to that level on a stock bottom end.

I know. I need to get off this motor soon. Got a longblock sitting disassembled. Need to send it to a machinist for work soon.

Trans has 15k on it now as does the ceramic clutch. Both seem to be doing well


Plan is to hone the block, stock bore, balance the crank, stock bearings.

Hog the hell out of the head. Manley H+ rods with CP-e stage 2 pistons, stock CR with h11 head studs.

When its all said and done should be 475ish and worry free.


Not gonna lie I think twice before putting my foot in it. And am nervous about dynoing this saturday lol

I have been in smallish F/F cars with 400+. and they are always hairy . Takes some stones to keep em straight down the track and even more to turn them on boost.

Looks like i will play catch up. The guy in the rearview mirror.
Next year we add parts parts and race tune.
Then break stuff and pull the motor. LoL. thats how i roll. Break stuff part.
I noticed i am still on Drag times listing for times in the 1/4 from way back when.
Domino we gotta get to the Leicester next summer and test and tune for fun.

Did one pull and the dipstick popped out along with some oil. Decided to not risk another 2 pulls since I've never popped it before

Dyno was loaded to 3500lbs

Very happy with the results. Need to install that perm plate that's been sitting in my attic sooner rather than later

i should have switched from ETS 3.5 to the CP-E front mount by Springtime so no more staging lane heat soak : (.
Maybe i can get that intake manifold tuned in by then too. If i can only run a low 13 on this k04 oh well

at least they have good hot dogs !

Nice progress Mike. what dyno was the last run done on ?
when is the next stage going to begin ?

We gotta get you to our track before you do stage 4.5 or whichever iteration you are at : )
I dont mind getting smoked by a serious Hot Rod . But you cant run slicks !!!!
