What have you done to your MS3 today?

on paper a nissan gtr will beat the **** out of a prius....yet i can't fathom why your car is so bad after your description of your driving habits

worst part about my car is a fart smell i can't get rid of. i could stop farting but i don't think it would help

She's not abused if I catch your drift.

Either way, I should have word back from Mazda next week to see whether it is warranty or not.

If not, I guess the motor will be going to a machine shop to be rebuilt and while I'm at it, I'll go after market forged rods and pistons just because it will make me feel better.

Keep in mind, this is the same Mazda that I picked my car up from after the tranny work, and my engine/trans fell on the ground 2 hours later (thankfully at 50km/h). They said it was due to taking it apart so many times. Haha. That mechanic has since been let go.

Take everything in stride.

I'll stop cluttering this thread now. Happy long weekend to whom it applies.
 
switched back to the stock hood. i tried real hard with the CF hood but the relationship was going nowhere...

i have these in 235/40 for DD. it's a pretty solid all-around tire. you had them before?

i initially got it to save weight up front but i didn't turn out to be as light as i anticipated with the ducting and all. as far as looks... sometimes i liked it and sometimes i didn't. looks decent with my black track wheels but looks like absolute s*** with my bronze RX-8s which are my DDs. so, yes, i will be selling it...
 
It's beyond mazda also. They did put 225 on the 2010.

I went to 235 when I put the RX-8s. BTW, I'm really happy with the Sumi HTR-ZIII.
 
yup, even going up to 225s makes a difference. i have 235s on both my track and DD wheels and they do the job well.
 
My MS3 got a new present last night, installed today. =)
