What have you done to your MS3 today?

Ordered the JBR shift knob with red lettering. Also ordered an aeroforce interceptor gauge and a vent pod from the rpmstore. The gauge and pod were a gift from my mom and grandma for my upcoming birthday hahaha. Gonna feel good having a bit more control and monitoring in the car...

I wouldn't mind trying out a heavier shift knob if I didn't think they were hideous. And I'm not knockin' the quality of the product, I just don't like the way they look.

I have the same knob and the ridges in the side can pinch too. Wait till you use it a while, but they could use some chamferring too. Other than that, I agree w/everything you said, plus the fact that's not bare metal and doesn't get as hot or cold as bare metal would.

I have the JB knob and it does heat up with Sun hitting it. Not scalding, but hot enough. The JB shift knob does make shifting much easier, though!

Really? I found myself loving the look of the JBR knob. Different strokes for different folks I guess...

Just installed my Cobb SRI. OMG, I love it sooooo much! Between the noise and the noticeable power gain, I cannot get enough of it.

Just installed Cobb turbo inlet tonight. Everything went well besides the fact I was able to just remove the stock tip from the turbo with a soft tug.

Was expecting to hear the turbo whine up a bit more. Did notice a bit of a quicker spool though.

Rotated wheels yesterday and noticed it was hellas pulling to the right. Took it in to get it re-aligned. I'm in the shop and staring at an Audi r8 v-10, Lexus is-f, porsche 911 turbo, and few beemers. My mazduh feels inferior....

injector seals came in today

gonna throw those in tomorrow along with my sure TIGs

clean my intake valves while im in there

and try to fix this ******* BOOST LEAK that i cant solve

Well yeah. It's metal and its black. I keep a sunshade in my windshield, which helps a lot. I understand others have used baby socks over their knobs (Ooooo, that doesn't sound too good.) to help keep them tolerable in the summer heat.

Yeah. I like the way it looks, especially compared to others I have seen. Just wish it were finished (smoothed) a bit better. But on the bright side, it is a relative bargain compared to other heavy-weights out there. I just couldn't see spending $100+ on a shift knob for my DD, y'know?

Just wrapped up detailing the interior. Conditioned the leather and shampooed the rugs.

Let my Dad take the car for a spin to show him the new intake. My lord he scared me half to death. It's easy to forget how fast the car is and how much grip it has until you get in the passenger seat with a very experienced driver at the wheel.

Gave her a tune up. Changed oil & filter, cleaned intake filter, lubricate BOV, and at 20,000 miles bought her new shoes Potenza.

Use soapy water while you have the hood open and maybe rev it?
