I hate to dissapoint everyone, but the turn signal silvering was a failure :/
The bulbs looked badass, then the paint melted and bubbled a bit today after extended use:
I don't get it. I gave them a night to dry and used engine paint tested to 500 degrees fahrenheit.
So now I have a really simple howto:
1. Go to Amazon.com and search for "1157 silver amber platinum".
2. Buy the first set of bulbs that come up for that search.
3. Wait for shipping.
4. Install the bulbs.
If anyone is curious about how to install the bulbs, I can at least explain that. The front turn signals are the only bulb in the manual that read: "Due to the complexity and difficulty of the procedure, the bulbs should be replaced by an Authorized Mazda Dealer." Yea right! If I can do it, anyone can.

As far as the rears, it doesn't matter if they bubble a bit because you can't see it. The rears were extremely simple to paint and reinstall and they look amazing! No more egg yolk-looking rear turn signals:
