What have you done to your Miata today?

Desire to touch the car has been slim to none. I did get the correct spark plugs. Pissed me off that I spent money on "good" plugs and FM recommended cheap ones.

lol glad you put "good" in quotes...i dont think i would ever refer to autolites as a good plug. All my cars always always get NGK or in a pinch i will put Denso's in because its the same quality

Yeah, I meant that only because they're Iridium. I had NGK Iridiums in it for all of 2000 miles... if that and the problem developed.

Yeah... possibly. I'm going to mess with it next week when I'm actually home for 10 minutes.

Got the butterfly brace done today. Went for a short test drive (it's raining, no surprise) and was floored by how much stiffer and more responsive the chassis is. The car is sitting a bit higher than before (maybe 1/2"), I'm going to drive it for a week or so before making any height adjustments.

How do you like it?

See above comment. I won't really know how much better the V-Maxx are than my Bilstein until I do some really fast driving so I can't answer that question. The butterfly brace though is awesome. Anyone who has a NA or NB Miata should get one before doing anything else to the car.

brought home a little sister to my car tonight...g/f (imjustagirl) needed a reliable daily driver driving 100 miles a day and we couldnt beat the deal....car is a little rough, needs some mechanical work and the worst of it is that it needs a top due to two large holes.

I made and test fitted canards, I'm not doing it since I'm not willing to drill my bumper, I'm about to design and make side skirts.

Replaced my damaged rear mud flaps with new ones. Now to get reimbursed from the valet company...
