What have you done to your Mazda6 today?

Changed my oil. Switched from Castrol synthetic to Mobil 1. What a difference. Pulls and runs a lot smoother.

Had my Sure RMM installed today. This is my local guy (only cost $45).
However, PTO is leaking. I'll have to get that fixed sometime. While the car was jacked up, I spoke about doing the rear differential. The bushing are warn and should be replaced. Reason for me to get the Sure one but it will be a PITA to get out. The rear exhaust pips are fused solid. It will have to be cut off. Looks like a catback is in my future. Thinking Corksport. Good thing the shop is great with prices overestimating time while giving a break on install costs. As a note the RMM is great. A slight vibration at idle but not major.

Right switch is for inside LEDs. Left switch is mast off for RD. Two lights are installed but I will move the warning light (hole near Belkin) to in front of the steering wheel so I can see it when the tunes are too loud. The remote mute is to the right of the shifter.

By the way..RX-8 shift knobs are a direct fit. The throw feels alot better to me also.
Only problem is the R is to the right & not to the left like the MS6.
May just remove the little gear map sticker & try to replace it or leave it to thwart thieves. Lol.

Thanks. I love the shift knob; much heavier than stock. I still have other people that have problems driving it and putting it in reverse or gear. It took me 10 minutes at the dealer to figure it out myself when I first bought it. Thanks for the info on the RX-8 knobs.

corksport downpipe and corksport catted mid pipe installed today. such a big difference on how the before and after feels!
