lol....I wouldn't imagine THAT many hours went into it. It's an MS6 bumper, lip spoiler, rims and a drop...unless I'm missing something.

haha... it feels better than when it was in one piece srsly... but i shoulda grabbed the shift linkage before qwik, i had it in my hands :(

but yea i need to source another linkage

Got mine washed and cleaned the interior. Wheels looked awful and it was really in dire need of some TLC. Looks 100% better now. Found that I need to replace one of the TMIC bolts that holds the cover down.

I dont know where the actual thread is, i just know where the pic is so im not sure.
but for what it cost, they probably didnt.

If the swap wasnt such a PITA I would have done it already.

I put a few more miles on the hpfp... just over 70 now. Unfortunately, my idle pressure is still too low. I talked to John at PTP, and I think I'm just going to take a stock core + a refund, and go with other internals. Sucks that I had a week and a half of down time for nothing. I'm still (foolishly) hoping that the last 30 miles of the break in period will 'do the trick,' but I'm gonna start looking into other options asap. Oh well, my new Perrin EBCS with the MS6 plug won't be ready for another week anyways. Jeff Perrin is going to make 25 of them at see how they sell. I'll be sure to update that w/ more info about how it performs as soon as I get it, and get the tuning down.

i dunno why they say i have a Mazda 6 (screwy) i emailed them about that..

you technically are a mazda 6. just a mazdaspeed version of the mazda 6. kinda like the miata, and mazdaspeed miata. you guys just come stock with a turbo and awd.

does look good. 6jen did the full swap on her wagon a long while ago, and may have been the first iirc

simple parts swap....... with all part sitting in front of you, that swap could be done in about 4 hours if you know your bolts sizes. everything from the speed6 bolts up to the regular 6. all you need to do a front end speed 6 conversion is

1. both fenders
2. front bumper(and plastic inserts)
3. radiator support
4. hood (if you so chose to)
5. the miscellaneous fasteners

a lil pricy cause most parts will need to be gotten from a dealer. but not hard

Douge, just send me your pump and I will break it in for you. (lol2) Your car is turning into a lemon.

install the internals yourself like I did. then you can only blame yourself if they fail. :) So far so good for me. About 7k+ miles on it.

Put the locking "Mazda6" car cover on it just now since it's Armageddon outside.
