as the saying goes, "When life hands you lemons you make lemonade". it isnt easy when life hurts and there really is no one reason since different things work for different people. you just need to find your method, remember no two people are exactly alike. i personally when am mad or feel upset i drive, driving does it for me calms me down some how its weird. only thing i can advise is to go for a stroll rather it be an aggresive one on the highway to clear the anger or a cruise around town and windy roads to clear the mind it always seems to help me atleast.
