What did you get your Speed for Christmas?

Wife got me portable compressor and fancy pressure gauge so I can run the tires at higher PSI when I take my speed autocrossing in the spring.

Make sure you compress the shocks before installing them. A member just yesterday did install and one shock failed to compress when he lowered his hood for the first time after install and it nearly ripped the mount off the car. In the instructions it says to do this. I installed my redlines recently and had no problems. Go to Sears and get the craftsman basic rivet gun $11.

Thanks for the tip. I'll make sure and remember than when I install them.

My father in law has one that I'll borrow, since I don't forsee myself riveting anything in the near future. I've gone 32 years without needing one, so even @ $11, it's a bit of a waste.

Wife got me the TWM short shifter with bushings and her family got me the Cobb SRI (yet to arrive). She got the SRI in the red color though for the price of the standard blue, because of some problems.

On an unrelated note, my family got me 500 ft. of in-wall speaker cable and many, many connectors for some house audio projects.

I cant figure out how to put the little button screws on in the wheel wells... Just a bad day and very frustrateing.
