Crystal Pearl White here. They didn't have the silver at the time and I almost got the Red Soul. However, as nice as 'colors' or black cars look it's the fact after a few years scratches and chips show up much more than anything else, they just look old faster.
What color do you prefer for your CX-5??

I worry about the Red turning pink, like my 87 Ford Tempo did, but, hopefully the new paint technology car makers are using don't fade like the old days. Plus, I'm really going to try to keep a good coat of wax on it, at least a couple times a year(Every Fall and Spring, probably).

I have the Blue Reflex Mica (Sky Blue, I guess) but would've loved a Stormy Blue. Sucks they don't sell the newer models in that color, argh.
Isn't Stormy Blue similar to Deep Crystal Blue Mica, only slightly more purple? That color is available on the '15 models.
If I didn't already have Lakeshore Slate on my G35x I would've gone with the Blue Reflex.
I'm happy with the Liquid Silver but there was some consideration of the Soul Red . In the rainy northwest the silver is a good color for hiding the dirt.

I love your Deep Crystal Blue Mica...seen it on the new Mazda3's....unfortunately Mazda does not offer that color on the CX-5's here in Canada.

(drinks) I didn't know that. Like any dark color, It's hard to keep clean, though. Is blue reflex mica the only blue available in Canada?
We just bought a '15 in red, can't wait to pick it up. We've had a string of red cars and the Red CX-5 was a factor in the purchase...

Hmm, not really? I mean, the Deep Crystal Blue looks more purple to me. On the Mazda website, they show it as more of a blue, but IRL, it's not like that at all. I prefer colors on cars that you can spot a mile away, haha.

I would have considered tan, brown, green but, it only came in what seems like various shades of grey(white to black with blue-ish-grey), so, I went with the Red. Last year's very blue blue, would have been a choice I'd maybe gone with, but, wasn't available on 2015 models.

Hmm, I don't see hardly any purple in my DCBM at all, and I stare at the mica paint all the time (lol2). I'd have to see Stormy blue in person to compare. Yeah, I agree the Mazda website shows a totally different blue and isn't accurate. I prefer colors that not many people have. To this date, I haven't seen one DCBM in my area besides mine. And CC58 is about the only active member besides me I've seen here with one. Might have to do roll call!

Yeah, I've only seen one or two DCBM in my area, lol. I mistook them twice for black, but when I pulled up next to them, it was definitely blue/purple. It's hard to miss a Stormy Blue CX-5... I always turn my head when I see one!
But yeah, like @cybercruiser said, I wish they had green available. If there was a forest green CX-5... ♥__♥
You're absolutely right, whithout direct sunlight, DCBM looks almost black. Which, with it's dual tone personality, is kinda cool to me. I'm going to have to do a DCBM/Stormy Blue roll call to get a good look at this Stormy Blue [emoji106](thumb)

I think Black or White look awesome on most cars, if you keep them clean and waxed, but, most people don't, including myself, I tend to get lazy sometimes. But, I'm really going to keep up on it with my new Red CX-5. Do't want that red turning to pink.
