1989 ford escort station wagon, bought it for a grand, my money. 1.8l about 95 horsepower, all black with 80k miles. did have room for a mattress in the back though and really worked well dating in h.s. lost my license the day i got it, but only for the week.

Wow, there are some spoiled ass 16 year olds on here. I had a 91 Chevy C1500 with a 4.3 TBI V6. Then we cash for clunkered it August 09 and I got my 02 P5. Next will be an 03/04 5 Speed Mustang Mach 1.

when i was 16 i got a 89 pontiac sunbird w/o heat. hated the damn thing so i drove it with no oil cus it leaked oil. then i got a 02 chevy malibu crashed it going to work it was acutally my moms. then i got a 95 saturn sl1. the most pos car ever. drove that for a while. then got another malibu i hated the damn thing. then had a 96 vw jetta which i loved. but caught fire. and now i have my 02 p5

70.5 camaro. my dad and I started building it at when I was 14. by the time i was 16 it was done. we did some minor things. It had roughly 330hp at the fly. bright red. talk about a ridiculous car for a completely irresponsible 16yr old. Drove it year round. I literally plowed snow from roads with how low it sat. snapped every belt one morning, as the entire engine bay was packed with snow...only thing you could see was the top of the air filter. let it sit over night. start up wasn't good. lol.
anyway. that car was/is legendary among my friends. good times. eventually I crashed it...surprising.

at 16 I drove a 1990 dodge caravan with rusty grey paint... WOOT!! that nightmare died resulting in me buying a 2000 civic ex right after turning 17... took me three years to pay off but i was worth it....

At 16 I drove a 1987 Mustang Gt 5.0 supercharged, built by my dad and myself. We worked on that thing day and night for over a year, and it all went to shi* when some old Douchebag t-boned me and damn near split the car in two! Was two tone Black and red!

When i was 16 i never had my own car i was using my father 2003 Land Rover (which i hated ) and then he traded it for a 2008 Honda CR-V which in my opinion is a great car to drive, then in Jan of 08 i got into a fender bender with a driver who did not yield so i got myself a speed 3 and have never look back also am only 19
I had a 96 Saturn SL2, DOHC motor. It was passed down from the parents. It was a great car, 5 speed, leather, and got 34mpg doing 85 with 4 people and a trunk full of stuff. Parents sold it while I was in college. I was actually the only kid, of 4, that didn't destroy their first car.
