CRODRIGUEZ82

yes 18's will fit

the bolt pattern is 5 X 114.3

as for the offset...it depends....what I recommend you do is get ahold of Richie, ARD MP5 here on the board, and give him the specifics....believe it or not...it makes a difference depending on the actual rim you want to run. He can tell you if the rim you want is available and even make you a hell of a deal on them too. He has his own suspension shop and KNOWS what works and what don't.

wheels

i gots 18 on mine and i got the Motegi MR7s (gunmetal) and they are a 45mm offset and no rubbing or any problems .. and i can get them super cheap polished , gunmetal what ever take a look ...also the only tire you can run on the P5 with 18's are 215/35/18 and they will fit the Motegi's

If your gonna put 18 inch wheels, it is advisable to find a 18X7.5 wheel you like w/ a +48mm offset to help reduce rubbing. Other offsets will work but you'll just be rubbing the rear quite often.

pervious statement

as i stated above i own the 18's with a 45mm offset and i have not rubbed one time and i beat on my MP5 so i would knwo if it does .. it will only rub if you lower it and when you lower the MP5 YOU MUST tuck in the rear inner fender lip so it DONT RUB but that is a huge painin the Ass so i would not advise it .. since it would take one ounce of wrong pressure and you end up with a folded/ crumpled rear fender or you will crack your paint and we all know the MP5's paint is s*** so i agian would not advise it

I like the look of those Motegis, but not the look of 18's on a non-lowered P5. The P5 just begs to be lowered especially with larger wheels.

We put 17x7 Nippon Racing wheels with a 45mm offset and used 205/40 Nitto 555's. She also has the Eibach Pro-Kit and although there is no rubbing, you can tell if they were 18's there would be a problem. There are other threads here somewhere that show a chart that gives a pretty accurate account of what will and will not fit. I called Rishie's shop on 3 seperate occassions and was told "I'll look into that and call you back" and never got a return phone call. Boards like this are great resources, use them often and wisely, hehe.

Ever wonder where in the world the 114.3 mm comes from

It's the "metric equivalent" of the good old 4 1/2 inch bolt circle :D
