What are the best spark plugs?

I am currently running the denso itv24 plugs on my car. I have a cp-e sri, cat back, forge bpv, and, cobb ap stage 1. Are these plugs appropriate for this setup. Soon to be installed is turbo xs fmic, turbo xs dp/tp. Should I keep these plugs in or get diff. ones?

ITV-24s are 2 step colder than stock and no you don't require that yet. Stage 1 only raises the boost a little, ~18psi, and that only justifies the 1 step colder ITV-22s.

One step colder NGK per sig below, gapped .030.

Denso step colder .030 gapped are great too. i ordered them factory gapped and when they arrived i dropped them right in and never had an issue to this day. check the gap when they are delivered regardless of the brand you buy just in case.
