wet carpet and fogged windows

i live in slc and i have had my ms3 for like 2 months and when it started getting cold everytime i came to my car it was fogged up bad on the inside. this happened for a couple weeks and it was annoying but didnt have time to deal with it and today i noticed my carpet and floor mats are soaked and i have rubber mats above so there must be some sort of leak. there is only 4000 miles on the car and i am wondering if anyone else has this problem

take it into the dealer immediately.

that standing water will start to mold.
4k miles it should def be under warrenty

my brother had similar symptoms with his P5. Somehow water was getting in and collecting in the spare tire area, then spilling over into the back seats and collecting on the floor in the cabin.

After much troubleshooting he wasn't able to figure out how the water was getting in, but determined it was getting into the cabin from the spare tire area. He drilled a hole to keep the water from collecting in the spare tire space and hasn't had an issue since.

They are different cars and everything but before you take it into the dealer, check to see if water is collecting back there.

But definitely take it into the dealer.

i would get that checked out bro i also live in salt lake, and haven't had that problem yet

Oops, you're using your car to transport water? That's a warranty-killer there. Says so in Paragraph 42, subparagraph 18, section c, subsection 14.
