West wings kit.... Pros and cons

im interested in adding the WW kit to my mp3 and I want to know from experienced members what the pros and cons were....

Also, Inregards to the fender flares. If they were added, what was done with the side markers and the Mp3 badges once the flares were put on...were they added into the flares or were they placed somewhere else or were they left off...
