I've decided to upgrade from a Mazda3, s Touring (2007), to a 2008 Mazda5 GRAND Touring. The problem, they can't find any in my area in stock. So, i'm on a waiting list. I liked white, but tan interior scares me with kids. So, I think Silver or Gray is the way to go. Details to follow!

Cool. I drove my friend's Mazda3 GT the other day and I did not feel such a bad "downgrade", except its lower .

Not much difference....a lil more roll, that's about it.

If the tan interior scares you with kids, the black interior will send you screaming out the door. Every scuff, spill, and piece of lint etc... show on those seats. You may be better off with the tan with Scotch Guard.

Congrats on your new purchase. You're in the same boat as me. I'm waiting for my White GT with leather and Auto. It's been 5 weeks now, and they said it will be another 2 weeks before I get it.

Can anyone tell me where these Mazda5's are made in? Why does it take so long? I heard they are made in Japan, can anyone confirm?
