Weird flexing noises from front of car

After installing the Nano SRI I've found a noise that is different from the normal cracking/creaking noises found with the windshield cowl issue. I'm not sure if the noise was there before i installed the intake but I noticed it when I drove in complete silence in order to hear the SRI after installing it. its the exact noise a piece of strong plastic or something along those lines would make if it were being flexed too hard. I hear the noise during start up (when the engine is cranking basically), and whenever I'm slowly engaging 1st gear as well as when I am depressing the clutch after shifting into 2nd (I'm guessing this is when the engine flexes the most as well during the 1-2 shift). I also hear it on shut down when the engine does its last shimmy shake.

The noise disappears when I get into 3rd through 6th gear (which Im guessing is due to the fact that I'm just cruising in those gears and there is minimal engine movement compared to 1st and 2nd).

If anyone has any ideas, please chime in! Thanks!

I'd be able to live with the noise as long as I knew what the hell was causing it. I don't think its suspension cause if it was, I think the noise would be there 24/7.

went back and checked all the clamps. tight as can be. I think the problem might have something to do with the battery bracket or at least thats the only conclusion I could come up with if the sound were to be in fact caused by the intake.

is the noise at a certain RPM such as when you first start up the car the RPM's idle high near 1st gear engagement RPMs...?
Is it when you are depressing the clutch pedal only?
