I bought a Weber last month at LOWE's for $410 with a cover and a full tank of propane. It is stainless steel and it has like an insane 75 year warranty. I absolutely LOVE my grill. It is so much better than my old Char Broil. Those CharBroils are only good for about 10 uses before they start to cook uneven. And as for the BTU's, you don't neccassarily need a ton. The whole point of barbecueing is to cook the meat nice and slow. I have grilled alot in my life, I guess it comes from growing up on the farm. Anywho, spend the extra 150 if you can, I guarantee you will be much happier. BTW, whatever you do get a cover for your grill. It will keep it in much better shape.

Sounds like a wonderful grill!! Did you previously have a Weber kettle? If so...Charcoal versus Gas??

And yes folks; Great Advice!! If you keep your grill out in the weather; use a cover. They're cheap, and make all the difference on how long your grill lasts.

You might also want to check out one of the Char-Broil Big Easy grills, which work as both a traditional charcoal grill or a gas grill. Pretty neat setup I think, especially since you can light the charcoal with the gas burners.

YES!!! I have been seeing that silly ass TV commercial with the hot chicks. Very cute!! 'Does it do any tricks?" (rofl)

That commercial is funny as hell. When she gives him her number, the look on his face is priceless. Anyway, I had a charcoal grill when I first moved away from home. I will never go back. The gas is so much easier, cooks more even, and is not nearly as messy. Just my opinion though (But I am never wrong!)

Smoker

Since I have about 100 more trees of varying pedigrees to cut down; I will be using a smoker.
I have at least 20 more mesquites to cut down and then cut up.
Some of those things are 20 foot tall with thorny branches going all which a way.
I have burned piles of the stuff already. I couldn't get rid of it.
