weather stripping on the front doors

It seems that the weather stripping on both of my front doors is coming detached, it looks ok in place, but under close examination it's slipping out from under the retaining strip-- and is causing an air leak / road noise to become really audible. Has anyone else experienced this, and know how to repair it?
