Weak Breaks!

Hello, I own a 5 speed, P5, 2002 about 120k KM. I recently had to replace the master cylinder as the breaks were all ceasing up. Now it seems the break pedal is super soft and I find myself pushing it almost to the floor (almost as far as clutch) to get any reaction from breaks. If I pump the break twice-three times it works much better. Any ideas? Shop tells me its fine.....

The shop didn't properly bleed your brakes. There is air in your system. Go back and tell them there is air in the lines and that they need to bleed it out. No use in risking your safety because they wont do it right the first time.
