Water Spots on windows

Hi everyone

my mom's Tribute has water spots on the windows which I can't take off

I have tried washing it again, using glass cleaner and no results

What can I do

Get some 0000 fine steel wool and this cleaner called Bartenders Secret at Walmart and scrub away. I did my 5 last weekend on all the windows and it didn't take long at all to clean. Don't worry about the steel wool it won't scratch the window, just make sure you buy the 0000 fine. What I did was get the steel wool wet thenm apply the powder on it then scrub the window. When your done put some Rain-X on to keep it from spotting again.
