Water in the Trunk?? Anyone else?

I thought about putting the hottie in the trunk to get a first hand glimpse of where the water is comin from...but i thought this might not go over well...especially if it is all moldy and stinky...i mean com'on...we still want some action later too(bj). And about the leak...take it to the dealer cause that s*** aint right and they should fix it under warranty...thats total Bs. But still do your own check just in case...with or without hottie.

Leaking water in Trunk

ALRIGHTY I just wanted to let everyone know that I had a huge problem with water in my trunk. I want everyone to lift the carpet up in their trunk and check on the right and left side in the front of the trunk on the metal. See if there is standing water in the little dips in the frame. I had water leaking in from the tail lights because of the metal not being welded all the way. This might be a problem for everyone and I was lucky enough to check under there and see it. I then took it back 3 times to get fixed and threatened to hire an attourny to place a lemon law complaint if they didnt do something about giving me another car. Then all of the sudden they fixed it. Imagine that??

Well now i Feel like a retard for not seeing this Post because I just started a newone about the leaking in my trunk that took mazda 3 times to fix.

I performed the test that you asked. No water. I just washed it yesterday so if I had a leak I would have expected some to be there.

Yep.. Got water there too. My thought was that it got there from the pool that was collecting in the rear driver side corner. High G's make waves. :)
