Water in my tail light???WTF

Ive got water and condensation inside my passanger side tail light. Theres no cracks or any visable reason it should be there. Anyone else experiance this????? Also does anyone know if i can take the tail light off and reseal it somehow??

my cars got like 86000 miles on it, so im outta warranty. will they fix it outta warranty if theirs a tsb on it??

is it actually filled with water or only condensation?

the condensation is normal and is not covered. I saw a notice about it on the mazda 3 TSB site.

Its not FILLED with water, but theres maybe 1/8" of it that collects at the bottom of the tail light assy. And how is condensation normal???

If i were to just get the rockblocker tail light tint stuff you wouldnt be able to see the water would you??
