Wastgate Actuator Install Help

Please help. Wastegate diaphragm broke. Anyone know a mechanic near Burbank, CA that can install a wastegate actuator on an MSP? Attempted To do it myself but couldn't get the exhaust manifold off. It seems impossible especially without airtools. Local mechanics don't want to do it. PM or email me if you know somebody.
