If they were for the MS3, that could be more problematic. If they could show that you took the MS3 to the track, ever for 1/4mi runs, they might try to argue that you breached the "no racing" clause in your warranty.
WOW man thats alot of ******* tickets! thats amazing, no s***. Down right amazing 85 in a 40 WOW! I really am shocked to say the least!
But they still shouldve fixed your s*** and not even went in your stuff.
service dept + looking in your stuff + not fixing your s*** = GAY
the 85 in a 40 and the racing ticket were the same incident, stupid to be street racing yes i know. i was younger and dumber at the time
the GM didn't want to hear it, he told me it was out of his hands and wasn't going to pay for a repair that mazda wasn't going to cover
If my memory is correct, you're not the first person to have their shifter "break off" while driving. There is a thread of another MS3 owner on here that had the exact same problem, he even took pics of the broken shifter. In his case, the dealership fixed it under warranty. Try a search on it and good luck.

Go to another dealership like you have not been to one yet. If it is flagged for warranty problems they will have documentation on it. I bet that dealership is full of crap. You can however go to DMV(Secretary of State) and file a complaint. I would also call the BBB. I would however go to another dealership as quickly as possible and not say anything about what happened today. Oh, and take all those tickets out of your car.

They go to a diff dealer? And having NO record of the engineer coming at all is really fishy. Like someone else said, I doubt they flagged your VIN, but who knows. This is making me angry just reading this, I'd be in there everyday throwing a fuking s*** storm.

Sounds like somebody needs to go back to drivers ed and re-learn how to use brakes and signals. A visit to the optician to check for color blindness not not be a bad idea either...

You wanna race? Go to a track...like a real track that turns left and right...by the sounds of it you would end up on your roof though so that may not be a good idea either. I would say from YOUR driving record you probably WERE abusing the car.
A trackday here in TX at Grandsport costs $175. How much is the grand total of all your tickets?

Normally you have to send in the tickets when you pay them.

Whoa, that's weird. Talk to Chad Rogers he's the GM there at Classica Mazda. Tell him that you've met previously at the Mazdapalooza that was held in October there. He should be able to help you out if it's not too late.

Yea I didn't reach that far into the thread.
I find it pretty interesting that Classic Mazda would host a Car Show filled with a couple dozen heavily modified cars and deny warrenty work on something so small.

Second, to the OP please speak to Chad Rogers. Not only did they recently have a write up in Grassroots motorsports but Classic Mazda also sponsors the Mazdapalooza event which hosts numerous highly modified cars.
Another thing you may want to try is calling the direct number to Mazda North American Operations. 949-727-1990. I would also contact an attorney, once they realize you have representation a whole new ball game is in order.
I did something similar a few years back with a Mazda and they did not budge till an attorney called asking for my records, the attorney was not even representing me but needed to get my vehicle history. Short story, the work was done and I paid nothing. Simply because you speed does not mean you abuse the vehicle.
I am so sick of this shoddy work with Mazda, this really makes me just want to sell the speed and get myself a Honda!
Unfortunately, with the extreme popularity of the Speed3, and the amount of bad apples that have bought them, beat the s*** out of them, and expected a warranty handout, many dealerships have been getting really stingy about warranty work on cars that are modified. That intake you have is enough for them to say "eff this car, he's getting nothing." Unfortunately, some dealerships have taken it a bit far and are just screwing people over, which is what this case sounds like.
Mazda is trying to protect themselves from people that break the car doing things that can potentially break them, and expect a warranty handout. It's unfortunate that legitimate issues such as this one are getting lumped into that category too. I know one thing, if I was a manufacturer, and people were trying to get things for free after breaking a car by beating the living piss out of it, I'd be cracking down on it too. Mazda isn't the only one doing this. Mitsubishi with the Evos, Subie with the WRX's and STi's, and Nissan with the GTR. Sure, they can all probably build the cars stronger, but then they'd just cost more. It wouldn't take long for an idiot to break that too.

I know all the techs there they rock and I know you lie, Your car has bald tires at 8000 miles I heard time slips in the car from the strip HAHAHAGHALOLOLOLOLOL , those guys there always hook me up , you lied to them probably and to Mazda and now your trashing them, remember when all the dealers refused Mazda palozza Classic did it at there own expense. they hooked me up with a warranty trans repair and I got a aftermaket cooler hoses and valve ,really stop your cryin and get a real life, you played baby and now you gotta pay ohhhhhhhhhhhhh 1 sec there tech is calling me back ill repost with the truth about your car in a sec

Don't tell me to stfu because your story sounded like BS and I also gave you an option if it wasn't. You need to direct your anger towards the dealer that has you bent over with out lube.
