Hey guys...

A lot of you probably don't know me that well as NSN is a bigger name with the Protege guys and we haven't done much with the 3. But as we are getting more settled and expanding I want to make sure you guys get taken care of. We are getting some fabrication services inline and in the next year will provide a lot of Downpipes, manifolds, and the like for you guys.. maybe even a turbo kit. But for now one of the big things we have to offer that I would like to get tested out is the Microtech Standalone EMS. We usually sell the base model of this EMS for 1100. This is a full 32 bit processor, internal MAP sensor standalone system that takes full advantage of stock sensors and the like. It isn't plug and play, but it is as simple as wiring a car stereo. I believe with reasonable confidence that we will be able to fit it to the 3i and the 3S but I need a test car to wire it in to and work with. There is little to no risk to the vehicle other than a bunch of cut and re-soldered wires if things didnt' work out for any reason. I'll provide as steep of a discount as I can muster financially (we are small and it is hard to stomach large RandD losses still) but I would do the installation and all the tuning and provide the unit for ~900 bucks maybe less if I can find ways to do so. I'd be looking for someone in the southern Wisconsin or Northern Illinois. It'd be a weekend activity roughly. But if anyone is interested just hit me up and we can work out details.

later,

Steve

If I'm lucky and exchange rates keep improving i may be able to get the price for this tester down to 800 or a hair under if possible.... but not sure at this point... but I'm glad there is at least some interest!

Thanks,

Steve

Great guys! I'll PM and talk with you each to go over it and get you a rough idea of everything and talk over options etc. Looks like you guys would both be great for it so I want to talk over what the goals are for the car in the long run etc and see who might be the best fit.

Look forward to talking to you guys soon.

Thanks!

Been busy playing catch up (year end tax reports are coming due) so I didn't get to contact you two guys that were interested. I'm headed out shortly here, but will contact you guys this week for sure.

Thanks!

Hey guys, it's been a tumultuous week trying to get some personal stuff nailed down this week, but I have a few phone numbers and will be working to contact people on Saturday and Sunday, maybe one or two tonight as well if my phone survives the crappy reception in my area.

I'll basically be looking to talk to each of you about what your plans are for the car in the long run, what your current experience with cars is etc. Also we'll discuss what'll be involved as far as time and dyno etc... I'm trying hard to figure out how much we can afford and so forth... as I'd like to do a before and after dyno of the car... so that'll be discussed as well.

Thanks!

Steve
