I put a deposit down on my Mazdaspeed in August 2002 and didn't get it till June 2003, and i was supposed to be one of the first in Canada to get one. I'm wondering how long some of you had to wait. Thanks.(cheers)

Pretty much the same with me!I could have taken it home the first night but I was far from home and refused to leave my Del sol there overnight.I had waaayyy too much money invested in that car to leave it anywhere!
BTW,I got mine in Feb.

Long story, saw the car in NAIAS, while "window" shopping for a ride there. Sold on the spot, then had to wait about 3 months till I went home for college to pick up my baby, the same exact one at NAIAS, just the way I like it. And I do believe in love at first sight, too.

deposit placed April 02 yes 02 ...picked up the car March 03 actually it arrived at the dealer in Feb 03 but I had them hold on to it since there was snow on the ground.

First delivery in Canada was just before xmas 02...then they trickled in.

Walked in on Saturday December 28, 2002..........Drove away on Tuesday, December 31,2002. Parked it until April 2003.

Biggest tease ever! Drove it for 5 minutes and that was it!

What dealership were you dealing with? My dealer has had 3 or 4 on his lot for like 6 months now!

I put my deposit in late December 2002. Had the car in March 2003.
