Wagner Motorsports Header, Down and Mid. (HELP! having problem)

Not the welds, it's the actual piping.
This is why it's worth the $$$ to jet-coat the header. Two-fold gain: No rust, lower temps in the engine compartment.

Adding washers to the crossmember helped! Which is good. Just got the kartboy hangers... but could only get two to fit on. But that was enough to help.
Still debating front motor mount.... any input?

get the pair of mounts. the front is easy to put on. the back mount(sitting in my hatch) is more complicated to put in. if you dont have the tools get someone to do it. its just that its tucked way down against the firewall.

I also have the whole WagnerMotorsports setup. I have the shorty header which I had jet-hot coated and I have the downpipe with CAT and recently got the midpipe with CAT for Christmas. I've installed everything and am experiencing the same problems. The downpipe just barely clears the oil pan by 1/8". The midpipe was hitting also until I realized that I had installed it upside down. Turned it around and problem was fixed. Upon high revs, I notice a rapsy sound coming from the header. I began to think that maybe it was just a leak in the gaskets so I purchased all new gaskets from the block all the way back to the muffler. This still didn't fix the problem. Did anyone recieve new bolts to fasten their header to the downpipe because I didn't? I had to go to Lowe's and purchase all new bolts, nuts, and washers. If anybody hears anything from Wagner, please let us know. The positive thing about this whole project was that the horsepower gains were awesome. The car feels like it can really breathe now and the throttle response is exceptionally better. The car definitely got louder, but I like loud! I have full 2.5" cat-back exhaust with the HKS muffler. Sometimes I have to put the silencer in because it tends to get a bit noisy on the highways.

Reason it doesn't come with bolts to attach header to downpipe is because I don't think he intended to have all 3 bought at once I guess... Since the stock downpipe has bolts and such.
My midpipe still hits a bit... but I should get new bolts tomorrow so i can move my crossmember down some more.

I have the same problem with my Ractive header. The flange rests against the oil pan, and I too have A/T. Try adjusting fitment, but it didn't help. I just deall with it, I only hear it when I'm stopped, sometimes.

You can try removing the passenger side exhaust hanger near the midpipe(?). Mine's removed and it doesn't rattle on the oil pan anymore.

Well... heres an update. I got longer bolts so i can move my midpipe down more. That worked well. And also got front motor mount... that really helped. Also went to smaller bolts to hold my header to downpipe, so now its not as close to the oil pan.
The front motor mount is nice, I just don't enjoy the ultra vibrations at idle while I'm in drive... but other than that its nice. Throttle response is great and shifting is smoother.
