Wagner Kit installed

The kit is installed. I just took it on a test drive. I drove for about 4 miles. I noticed some problems. Right as I gOt out of my driveway I start accelerating slowly and the car pulls good and is boosting good. Then I notice in 3rd gear around 4k rpms the car starts stuttering like hesitation. I stop and really get on it and it does it again in like 2nd gear and 3rd gear at the same rpm level. The only thing I wasn't sure about on the install was the BPV that came with the kit. I called the kid up who I bought the kit from and he told me how to hook it up and was really nice. I took some pics of the BPV setup. Take a look and let me know what you guys think. Also I heard they may be a meet in Philia sometime soon. If anyone knows anything about that let me know. BTW the BPV is a Turbonetics RAPTOR.

Hey,

It sounds like your experiencing a lean misfire or something of that nature. Give us a call at the shop, and we will see what we can do to help you out.

Does it feel like the car completely loses all power, and then after you let off the accelarator, it goes back to normal?

...

Thanks Wagner. Ok I just got back from picking my mom up from work and the car was great although I really didn't get on it to bad, but no hesitation. When I have to stop, the car almost stalls but doesn't. I just give it a little gas and its cool but everytime it wants to stall and it hangs around .5k rpms and then fluctuates to 1k. One time the battery light flickered but it didnt' stall. I gues thats just the BPV. Hey Wagner I was thinking of stoping up there sometime. I am in Quakertown PA. What would be a good day to come up there?

sounds to me like you bov is leaking at idle try and turn in the hex screw ontop to put more pressure on it and the car will hesitate like that if you have a vacume leak after the maf. i know i blew my hoses off many times. good luck i know i love my wagner kit.

Ok, just got back from a run. I went around some nice back roads and really got to get on it. The thing pulls awesome. I am still having the stalling problem so any input on that would help. I tried tighting down that bolt but its tight as s*** already. Should that bottom nipple on the BPV be open like that or should I plug that? I also just installed my corksport exhaust 3 nights ago. So now I got the Wagner FMIC, CS exhaust, Blitz Dual TT, Cold Plugs, Sparco Wires, Autoexe Grill, 2 10 inch extant subs in a ported box with a Boss Amp, MOMO e-brake handle and a really cool air freshener. I'm done modded for awhile.

you have to losen the jamb nut on the bolt then turn it in then put the jam nut back in. i would have gone without the colder plugs

this isnt your problem but did you put liquid gasket or something between the bov and the flange. It is fuel cut trust me and reset the ecu and then let the computer do its s***
