Wagner FMIC install

I'm having trouble installing my FMIC. Has anyone else installed one that can help me out. I got the dual bpv/bov and it just doesn't seem to fit. The pipes are extremely close together and touching. They won't fit correctly and it is very tight in the engine bay. Any help would be appreciated thanks.

both big pipe and little pipe should touch and bolt together. this is a pic not a good one but hope it helps
