Volt Meter Favor

I know it might be a bit of a long shot to find someone who can
do this . . .

Could someone with a Voltmeter, a needle point probe, and a
2.0 Litre Protege with Dual Cats (and two O2 sensors) do me
a little favor ?

By CAREFULLY inserting the probe in the back of the connectors, measure the voltage with the key on, engine off, on both of the black wires on each of their O2 sensors.

If nobody can do this, is there someone near Long Beach, Cali who'd let me measure these voltages on their car ????

Thanks All !

why not just buy your own? they are cheap @ radio shack. Then you'll have your own for future problems.

just a thought........

Wrong on both counts.

I'm having "interesting" results with a MIL eliminator circuit, it is already spliced into my 2nd O2 sensor line. I've already measured the voltages on both of my sensors.

The black wires are for the O2 sensor heaters, both lines should be close to 12 volts with a slight drop on one of the lines.

I'd like to see what voltage is on both of the sensors for a car that is still in the stock configuration.
