it sucks because the only reason I bought the flip up is for my 2 kids so they can watch movies. And now they are so upset

I put a new window in after work but I'm all set with buying aftermarket it now. I'm throwing my stock radio in and calling it a day lol

Do you still have the 1st lip you had on there with the wings on the side? I am looking for one and a used one would be up my alley. I enjoyed reading thru the build. She really came to life.

Have you looked into dummy plates/cover? They look like faces for crappy double-din stereos and pop onto your aftermarket stereo when your park your car.

that lip i had was the chargespeed lip from a 06 WRX... u can get them brand new off ebay for 65 shipped

Just stumbled on this, man....awesome work...

That 95 Accord Type R lip; how did you modify the sides? I've been toying around with ideas like this for years, just never bothered because i'm pretty new to messing with plastics/urethane...the problem with P5's front bumper is the sides/profile of the bumper, just in front of the front wheels, is lower than the 'face'...it kind of goes uphill from the wheels, making 'universal' lips always look angled incorrectly...did you just shave that section from the accord lip to make it sit more flat? either way, looks great...definitely considering this...

^ smart and cheap. plus you get that stock look. thanks for the neat idea Circuit. When I bought my car 3 years ago, I destroyed my POS stocker trying to get it out and then trashed it ^^
