VIS CF hood pix (bad fitment?) 56K WARNING

wow, i think i figured out why i got this hood for $180......it rattles like no other! I havent noticed it until now because i play my damn music so loud lol. does anyone know what i can do to help limit this rattle? any kinda rubber stoppers or whatnot that i can add under the hood to help keep it from moving around, or is this what the hood pins are for?

is everything tightened down properly? Even with poor fitment issues it shouldn't rattle or now unless crap is loose.

my vis hood moves around ALOT at highway speeds. i installed some hood pins to be safe b/c to do alotta traveling. wierd is that my vis hood on my altima fit perfectly and didnt move at all

Is that because thier is play with the hood latch?

yah, mine moves around alot when im on the freeway. im going to play around with it tomorrow and check to make sure the bolts are on tightly. any chance of you taking those pix kuda?

yep, mine moves around on the highway too. as long as it is securely latched you dont have to worry about it flying off while on the highway.

no play in the latch. its really not so much the latch you have to worry about giving out. ive seen the hook on cf hood give way and ive been in a car on the highway when hoods flipped up. id rather be safe then sorry. ill try to get those pics for you
