VIR Track Day-Mid February with Freedom, Long Road Racing and i-Moto

Just wanted to post this thread up, will have final details by month end, just wanted to see how many from here will be interested in a little road trip. Pricing, will be affordable and we'll have some perks added in. I have spoken to a few of our members by phone and I got their commitment to the event.

We are looking @ February 17-19, 2012, expect 4-5 30 minute sessions on the full VIR Course 3.56 miles!!!!! If you want in, let me know. If you are 50-50, not trying to be rude, but do not add yourself to the list. We are limiting this tio a total of 75 cars and we'll have 3 run groups: Novice, Intermediate and Experienced/Pros. the 3rd group will be running with the Freedom and i-moto pro drivers and a few of my other professiona driving friends friends. So stay tuned for more info by months end!

Any word on the pricing?

Pricing will be aroung $250-$275 for 5 30 minutes sessions. Pricing will include breakfast lunch and dinner and one nights accomodations on the first 50 who sign up at the villas overlooking the climbing esses. We are trying to finalize the details and the dates.

I tried going though their website and getting a price for just one night, and it said there's a minimum stay of 3 nights required. Maybe they're making an exception for this event?

Correct is is a 1 day event, Saturday as it stands at the moment. There is no information on VIR's website, as this information was provided to various racing teams and other persons that have done business with VIR. I have asked for pricing for a two-night stay (Friday arrival)
