WRX's stock are not fast from a rolling start. Go to clubwrx.net and they will tell you that. I.E. They are talking about a C230 Kompressor stock vs a Stock WRX. They say off the line from a complete dead stop the Kompressor will get smoked. From a rolling start the C230 will pull on the WRX. They get all there wins from the launch due to the AWD. I have beat WRX's from a complete dead stop because the driver is unable to get the launch down. I have a MSP with just a downpipe system and a injen CAI. I don't know were your getting your 'fax' but obviously you haven't seen the whole story.

you can't compare stock hp to a modded car's power. I think our cars lose ~20% hp from the enging to the wheels and im sure the percentage is bigger when we're talking about AWD cars. So 227 is more like 170 or something

Yeah, a WRX dynos in at about 167WHP. I have looking to get one for a quite a while. As for the roll off, WRX's are terrible, they have horrendus turbo lag on the bottom of a gear. But, they do run low 14's stock. Thats pretty damn quick. Your P5 is definetly sweet though bud!

I beg to differ about the REX's. My buddie got a '04 they pull to the moon on the highway! One minute your doing 60mph then all the sudden your going 110mph. They DO lag but it's not bad at all. I have driven his. Once they spool up they're gone.

yea ive raced my friend from a role, and i was able to beat him pretty easily. they lose so much hp at the wheels. 227 my ass.

That looked pretty dangerous. Wrx guy barely stopped in time.
This is me behind an SRT4 that is pushing 17psi, when I heard he was pulling I floored it in 4th gear. Notice how the 4,500rpm VICS or VTCS (cant remember) transition feels...then @ 130mph, a cut, dont know if fuel/ignition cut.

co0L man....ive taken some wrx's out with only 4psi...even a loaded car...if theyre modded...its harder, but mostly driver, you have a bad driver, car cant do much

Hey nice kill, I actually raced a sti today and pulled about 4 car lengths on it from a 20mph roll. I quit at the end of 4th gear because I was going unreasonably fast and traffic was comming up.
The guy in the sti was shocked and asked if I was stock. I just said it was a stock MSP(laugh)
Poor thing he had no clue.
Then we pulled to the side of the road and saw the laptop and he was like dont bulls*** me man, I was almost goint to trade in the my sti for a speed

Empeefive, the wrx makes 227at the crank. it loses alot of power threw the tranny and the AWD takes a s*** load too. the low 1/4 times have alot to do with the low 60 ft times do to the grip of AWD, from a roll they arent this s*** they are made out to be.
