What the hell?

Yes the GT-S has a lot of power up top, but no way in hell... Why? Because there are almost no mods available for that engine.
But,sick none the less.(hitit2)

umm the celica engine is not silky smooth. Honda makes much better engines than toyota especially when it comes to variable valve timing.

they have a 6-spd and he topped out 4'th at that speed.....
No count how many times he shifts. If he started a rolling in first then he would be in 5th, if in second then he would be in 6th.

i've been in a lotus elise, and it's very similar to that, but i dont know if that is a celica because it doesn't rev like one and the shifts were really smooth. im not doubting that it isn't a celica, but it's modded out the u know what if it is a celica. they make alot of parts for it, but at a high price.

I dont care how good or smooth the stock celica motor is.. THAT ONE is silky smooth. modded, duh... but thats the point... that thing is like a bike. Yamaha did a good job on that engine.

looks pretty smooth....i don't think its too modded my car accelerates faster than that.

That's because your turbo, this is NA! The Celica is 170 hp NA , the Mazdaspeed is 180 hp I believe and already turbo'd... I love the Celica and yes the engine is built to last!

other way around celica has 180 and msp has 170....but anyway i was just saying that it isn't rediculously fast.

Lotus should of used the Honda K20A in the US Elise

I thought that was odd too... Didnt they use the B18C5 in the old Elise? Either way the K20A and 2ZZ(?) are nice engines.
