VENT to fellow Army guys

I ******* HATE THE WHEEL/TRACK DRIVERS BADGE AND RIFLE MARKSMANSHIP BADGE ON THE CLASS A'S.

Im going to the promo board tommorrow and im building my uniform and they always ******* look ******* crooked no matter how much time i spend on them!! Theyre worse than the goddamned branch insignia disks!

You do put a plate behind them don't you? That always helped me get them straight because it keeps the pocket flat when you put the coat on.

I hated the damn class A's. Besides being a pain in the ass to set up, WHO THE **** came up with that color combo?! It was like the Army brass got together and asked themselves how could they make the people in uniform look like morons. Now the dress blues on the other hand, those look really nice (not that I ever had a set).

I agree with Britt I used a plate as well, But Honestly if it wasn't for all the push-ups your chest would be flat and then the badges would be straight, So Matthew stop doing push-ups LOL

kyle, how did you get the damn badges off afterwards with glue?

todd - yes i know. its the actual curvature of the chest that makes the damn things bend. but this coming from someone that told me med-reg were too small without even thinkin about it.

Mine are sitting in my closet. Now being able to put them on. thats a different story. i never used special plates. we use to just take card board and like everybody says put it behind the shirt. always worked for us.

i got this fabric glue from a craft store..basically, you heat it up..it sticks..heat it up again..it peels off..didn't leave anything behind either..worked perfectly..its actually mean't for this exact reason..used to use it back in the day for boy scouts..

I used to use cardboard behind my badges and ribbons. If you think YOU have problems with your uniform, try being a woman with boobs....everything ALWAYS looks crooked. lol

i always poke mine thru my undershirt. that shirt fits tight, so it supports it pretty well, its a b**** to put the damnits on after word though, once straight though, they dont move
