vaccum or valve problem

so i have a 2005 Mazda 6 2.3L. love my car. but it is making a weird noise.

it would seem it is a vacuum leak. but i can't find it any place.

one guy told me it was the shutter valve. but i don't know how to check that if it is. with the car off i can move the shutter valve it it sounds like this

not sure if that is normal or not.

so the question is.
1- is that a normal sound for the shutter valve?

2- any ideas on the vac leak. it seems loudest right by the intake manifold. goes into the engine.

any help would be great.

or let me know if i can give more info to help with this.
