I loaded up a bunch of MP3's and audioboks on a 32GB USB 3.0 stick and when I plugged it in it didn't register in the touch screen interface. I have another 2 GB USB stick that does work.

Are there any specifications for which USB sticks work and what format they need to be in(fat32 or ntfs)

The USB drive needs to be formatted as "FAT" and not "exFAT" or NTFS. Windows will only format drives above 32GB as exFAT, but there are utilities to format as FAT.

i had a 16 gb stick with NTFS and it works fine.. but it takes a while to read my 1900 songs on the stick.
