Upgrading questions

So I have been really debating doing a turbo/TMIC or FMIC on my 2010 Mazda3. Would doing this would I also have to get a new tranny/axles due to the increase in torque/hp? Because I don't think my stock tranny and axles would be able to hold up to the added torque and I don't wanna snap an axle. So advice would be helpful.

honestly depends on how much ur gonna be boosting. Theres a guy around here who has a turboed 1st gen sedan and i'm sure he's still using stock tranny and axle. also ur gonna run into a few problems with the ECU since no one has come out with anything for our model year ecu. i'd say do some research and if u are still nervous, find the ms3 axle.

I know the guy, Zoltan hasn't been on and he would be the best person to ask. Or just buy myself a Ducati Streetfighter S that I have been drooling over when I get back basic. Back on topic. I'm gonna look into it I might do an axle swap done it before on my jeep should be too hard, and either buy a MS3 tranny or regear the tranny.
