I've run map B with 92.
I would not try map B with less than 93 for sure, unless I have a better intercooler.
tell the WHOLE story, do you have a FMIC?

I'm going to have a wideband o2 very soon (next paycheck)...I have most of it already, basically just need a wideband sensor, I have the controller. instylz if you want we can hook it up to your car, does your turboback have an extra o2 sensor bung?

ive been running the UC both A&B with 93 no problems . if you plan on running map b at the track or dyno , or if your just a maniac and drive your car at 6k from stop light to stop light . it wouldnt be a bad idea to add a lil toulene or booster.

i sure wouldnt let that stop you from buying it. it killed 99% of drivability issues ive had since i owned my car.

scheisser...wtf am i gonna do if there's only 91 and 100 octane is 4.99/gal ? toulene would help, but my dad would get pissed if he found out i was mixing that stuff into my gas
toulene and or xylene is already in gas... you're good all the way to 40% with it.. have fun... 100% toluene's octane is 114.. calculate when adding and pre-mix it first if you can...

note: don't add this during the months that the temperature drops below freezing.. the toluene/xylene changes the mix of other chemicals in gas including the chemical that resists freezing.

Has anybody taken this to a local unichip tuner and had this tuned specifically for their cars?? If this chip is not easily tuneable I will go with the haltech, but if it is it seems like less hassle.

i think you will have better luck finding a Unichip tunner then a haltech tunner. I dont know of any Haltech guys in Orlando. But im guessing if you can find subaru specialist they will know how to tune Unichip...since its popular among them

I was at there site looking for local unichip tuners. I want to make sure that everythign is fine.

You can get AEM which is PnP and so easy to use that im sure ever shop with a wideband and dyno can tune it.

No, actually I don't have a fmic. I just have an Injen and the unichip. Nothing else.

Did Zack tell you about this wed.? We are supposed to be going back to the track. You can check it out while there.

where is justin
Which Justin?

BTW with the Unichip flashed or unflashed shouldn't make any difference should it? Basically the Unichip is taking over the functions that control air/fuel ratios and timing right?
