under dash light power source ?

Hey guys/girls
What's a easy power source to tap into for under dash light.
gonna put two blue led's down there so I can see my bags of rice when I'm transporting them.

Just Tap the Keyed Ignition Source from the Key Bolt.

the panel under the glovewarehouse has two wires you need, a black/white (switched ground, thats the key) and a constant +12 on an orange/blue

that will get your lights tied to the same circuit as the interior dome light, will activate with the keyfob, door open etc

It really depends on when you want the lights on. If you want them on all the time when the car's on you can tap the wires for the cigarette lighter. If you want them on with the interior lights (i.e. when you turn the parking/headlights on) you can tap the wires for either the ashtray light or the lit ring around the cigarette lighter. If you want the floor lights to dim with the dash dimmer double check which of those dims..... one of them does and the other stays at a constant brightness despite the dimmer.
