for those of us with cx9's without the trip computers I thought I would give you an nice alternative. The scan gauge is also a nice mpg meter/ vehicle computer but at 150 its not the most economical. These have been very popular among the hypermillers and MPG boys. There have been many copies of the scan gauge but they have all sucked, not worked accurately and other things. This brings us to the UltraGauge. They came out about a year ago. I let other people be the testers for this as I didn't want to get a crappy scan gauge copy. Well the reviews don,t lie, people are very impressed with these little units. So I ordered one and have had it for a week. I figured I would give a review from a cx9 perspective here. It recognized 54 gauges monitors for the cx9. It sets up much easier and faster than the scan gauge. I am very very satisfied with this and see no reason to ever need a scan gauge again. It reads 6 gauges at once on the screen, I have mine set at Current MPG average MPG fuel level, distance to empty, voltage meter, and throttle position. I picked the gauge up for 59.00 So just though I would give you all a heads up on a great toy for our niners.
and no I do not sell them or profit in any way, just am very pleased at how well it works for how much cheaper it is than my scan gauge....oh yeah its a code scanner and it will clear codes as well.
