Hey guys, I am looking for atleast 2 UK MS3 owners in the Lakenheath/Mildenhall area of the UK. Anyone know them? I met one outside BK about a week ago but forgot to give my name, number and forum to contact me on. Regret that.

Anyway if anyone knows them please PM me or have them go to SRTforums dot com and send me a PM (same screen name as on here).

Yes I am a SRT-4 owner, please don't hold that against me. :)

I am very interested in the MS3 and what it can do. Me and a bunch of other guys (not all SRT-4s, some Evos, STI, WRX, Hondas, etc...) get together weekly and I wanted to invite you out. Let me know when you get a chance. Cya

Well, actually they don't have the SRT-4 over here in the UK or Europe. The only ones that are here are the military guys that were moved over here for work purposes. As far as I can tell there are less than 10 SRT-4's in the UK owned by military members. There are 1-2 dodge charger SRT-8's that we are aware of, and a few SRT-10 Dodge Rams over here along with a bunch of vipers.

As for the MS3, coulda (that is his screen name) could probably answer that better. They don't have the MS3 over here. It is named something else like the MPS or something. I am not sure if it is rated with the same HP though. From what he was saying it is less by like 15-25 hp. I think. There are a few MS3's here though. Lakenheath has about 2-3, and then there is coulda assigned to a base about 2 hrs away I think. He hasn't gotten it to the track yet though.

The SRT-4's run anywhere between a 13.8 (basically stock car) down to a 12.3 at the local 1/4 mile track (Santapod Raceway (Santapod.co.uk)).

We have 1 Mopar Stage 3, 1 50 Trim, 1 AGP Big turbo, 1 Forward Motion Enforcer 1 Turbo, and one stock turbo ACR SRT-4. Those are the main guys that we know and meet up for mods and track days. There are a few others about but don't hang out or mod their cars to my knowledge. And we are the only Neon's at the race track ever. :)

I have been trying to pay attention to the MS3 threads on SRTforums dot com, and I see you guys are doing very well mod to $$$ wise. So far very impressed with this car. If something happens to mine or later I am looking for another car, I will have to consider the MS3. The only thing that would stop me is the desire to have AWD.

The STi's and WRX's are not that big of a deal here. I mean they have tons of them all over the place but they are beatable.

The Evo's however are difficult. You have every model of Evo over here most of the time. Plus they have the FQ series too. So you can see an Evo IV and it be 400 hp (FQ400). They are sick. I raced one awhile back and from a dig he gave me about 5 car lengths and he still beat me by ALOT. That thing just screamed by me. I had to be about 300 whp at the time. My friend has a Evo III that is pretty fast. He gets me off the line from a dig but I start pulling him in higher up in speed. We race about 1/2 mile and I am usually about 2-3 car lengths back from him at that point (at about 140 mph). But since then I have done alot of work for traction issues (sticker tires, CO's, traction control system, WOT Shifting) so I think I might be able to beat him possibly now). But they are difficult to beat.

Yeah evo's are pretty sick, my plan was to get evo but since i'm not done w/ my BS i can't afford it now(insurance and stuff).

I'm surprised you guys, in UK, go after j-spec for the fact that European car s have dominated the market specially in sporty cars section.

I guess $$ talks, J-spec are cheaper consider Euro-spec ones and very easy/cheap to maintain.

take care

P.S sorry for not responding quicker but been busy w/ school.

No problem man. Yeah, the high performance Japanese cars are for the most part the main ones that have some power behind them. Most of the daily driver cars on the road (europe spec) aren't all that fast. There are alot of high end cars like Ferrari's, Porche, Lambo, Bentley, Audi, etc... all over the place here. See atleast 1 Ferrari role through the village I live in atleast once a week. Guy down the road has one of the older V8 Lotus, beautiful car. most of the vauxhalls, peugeots, etc.... at the track are slow. The Japanese cars and the american cars are the main fast ones.

It's been a long time man, are you guys still in UK ?

I'm doing a trip to UK from July 17'th to 23'd maybe, about a week in LONDON.

If so and there can be some ppl to make a meet then just lmk bc if its so I could get the MAZDA FLAG with me and have you guys sign it as well.
