I've had my B&M shifter for 2 years now and have no problems.
If I was to get another one I would go for the TWM. The kartboy is too short in my opinion
i like my twm shifter. i haven't had any problems with mine. twm answers all of ur questions when u call them, and i think that's all i have to say about that. either choice should be good.
