I'm looking to put a TWM Performance Short shifter in my 03 mazda 6. The TWM site has the shifter i want and it comes with this cable adapter. Do I really need it? Protege Garage sells it without it and its a bit cheaper. Anyone have it with or without the cable adapter I would like to know if it makes a difference.
