Twiggy turbo exhaust cam

This is for the exhaust cam only. I no longer have the intake one. $265 shipped

Damn that's a good price for an awesome cam. Sad that you no longer have the intake cam to go with it.

So just to be clear, I could theoretically pair this with any other intake cam that is available for our car and have no problems? Aside from possibly needing adjustable cam gears? I would very much like to snag this thing but I'm still waiting on some money that is owed to me.

edit: Duh I just read through the whole thread. Any experts want to chime in? I don't suppose twiggy is still in business and could make a new one, eh?

Not in business, and probably couldn't make a new one. I would suspect that he might have the cam profile but isn't on this forum (or any others I know of), so difficult to get a hold of.

Don't know why you could just drop this in and see some benefit. The exhaust cam is the more aggressive and will yield the most gains of the two. Obivously, having a better intake cam will provide more benefit.

But didnt they sell the grind pattern to someone?

He didn't sell the profile - Twiggy's were ground from billet shafts, not reground stock cams. IIRC someone had the profile mapped on a CamDoctor (or equivalent) machine and then another cam company got a hold of them. Now, to my understanding, the cam company has sold the profiles to another company.

hmm, very interesting!
But from youtube clips I've seen Twiggysticks sounds very very rough at idle, making it a very telltale mod, do you know how it will sound with this exhaust cam and the stock/JDFM FS-ZE/other intake cam? (which one makes the most rough idle sound)

EDIT: Planned setup is a stage2 head with Supertech valves, stiffer dual valvesprings if that would affect the sound of this exhaust cam

Idle will be a lil lopey. I don't know how it will sound with any other cam. Don't think anyone has done it
