Thanks, I've heard different things about the RFL but have had doubts because it was designed to boost over 15 PSI. I tried playing with different packing washers, and if there was enough tension to keep it closed at idle, it was too much to let it blow off easily. When it did, it was no louder than my Type-S. My guess is the RFL is sized for bigger applications, more c.f.m., etc. The Type-S seems to be just right for my setup. It stays closed at idle but will blow off or otherwise cause a ruckus with very slight changes in the throttle.
