turbo timer problem!!

I jsut installed an Apexi auto timer and it comes on when you turn the ignition on. But heres the thing you can set it for say the normal 30 seconds and activate it. But when I turn the ignition off the motor shuts off as well instead of it running for the 30 more seconds. But the turbo timer is counting down and its keeps the radio on until its times out. Then the radio shuts off and the lid folds up. I cannot figure out what I have done wrong. I hooked the red wire up to the 12v red wire on the ignition harness, the blu wire from the tt to the blk w/ white stripe, and the green wire from the tt to the blue wire on the ignition harness. Please someone help me out.

was there a nother wire that goes to the ebrake? I know on mine thee was...it's a safety deal. ebrake needs to be on otherwise the timer won't work and the car will just shut off...that's the blitz, though.

Yes there is actually three more wires. 1 for the ebrake, 1 for the o2 sensor , and 1 for the a/f ratio. But I didn't hook up the o2 sensor wire and the a/f ratio wires at the ecu because i'v been hearing that it's frying peoples o2 sensor. And I sure don't want to have to buy a new one. And the a/f is only a estimated reading. The instructions did say that if I were not going to use the o2 sensor and the a/f wires that instead of taking the black ground wire to the ecu ground that I had to take it to the car's metal structure and I did that so I don't know.
