^^^ Turbo Performance Kit ^^^ Stage I , II and III

So on the stage II, it will come with the piggy back system? Will it already be tuned for us or are we going to have to tune it ourselves?
Thanks,
Anthony

One more question, if we get the stage II, we can run everything safely with stock internals, with the stock interals what is the maximum pounds of boost can we run? Or will it be better to re-inforce all the internals, and if we do re-inforce all the internals, what is the maximum pounds of boost can we run on pump gas, I am talking about daily driven and track racing?
On the clutch what kind of clutch do you reccomend? Stage 1 or a Stage 2? RR racing clutch

The kits will be revised to include some other items also. I was to post last night the updates and exactly what comes in each kit and stage level. I will post this tonight.

But in regards to your question, all the kits will come with a version of the piggyback. It will be tuned to your particular vehicle and level of modification. If you chose stage 1 it will come preprogrammed UP TO 8psi. Stage 2 UP TO 12 PSI w/ stock internals. The unit can be adjusted by the owner but it is recommended you send the datalog file to me via email so i may correct the problem and send it back to you. A lap top is used for adjustment and display.

Ihave found that with a stage 1 T3 compressor you can run up to 15 psi on the stock internals with proper management. I would recomend you stay at the 12 psi level for spiking occurances and added safety. The stage 2 will be upgraded with larger injectors for the kit because your stock can't really handle it unless a dramatic increase in fuel pressure is sought. We are still debating whether or not to include a higher presure regulator for the system.

Forged internals are a great way to go to ensure some "buulet proof" performance levels. The stock block with forged internals can handle upwards of 25 psi. I would say that on pump gas 20 psi would be the number.
The motor i built for my pro5 will eventualy go to 28-30psi on race gas. This will be daily driven. ( Like 100 miles a day )

Now in regards to the clutch, RR has some great products, A stage 2 is a good way to go. I dont think you would need a better one until you go with forged and increase boost past 12 psi daily.

Thank you so much for the information. So with forged internals, what kind do you reccomend to get? Do we have to Port and Polish and all that other good stuff?
If we are going to buy a kit from you, will you offer the forged internals with the kit? I think that would be so cool if you did, it would make it alot easier for alot of us. Just so that we would have everything that we need, instead of looking everywhere for it.
Thanks,
Anthony

P.S.
Where are you located? If I live near you, how much will you charge for a install?

Perfworks, what's your name so I know who to ask for when I call?

and since we are on the forged internals subject.... what all is entailed with Forging the Internals?
Like mp stated there are forged stell rods and forged aluminum pistons.
We are a direct distributer for Je pistons and Pauter rods. We also can get Crower. We get nice deals from them for the amount of valve springs we get from them for race cars during the year

ooohhhhh.. so how much would it cost for me to get some pistons and rods for my 2.0L??(naughty) :)

Speaking of valve springs.... any word of possible stiffer springs for our motor? I would be very interested in a set of those!!!! Let me know Nick! Please!
